Any Chadian student in Algeria is considered a member. To get your card, contact your regional delegate with an ID photo and school certificate.

Scholarships are granted through Chad-Algeria bilateral cooperation. Applications must be submitted to the Direction of Scholarships (DBS) in Chad.

Yes, you must obtain pre-registration from an Algerian university (via GUES), then apply for a study visa with your certificate.
